A Decade of Precision Manufacturing
Established in 2014, Ohm Namah Shivaya Engineering Private Limited has grown from a focused fabrication workshop into a 70,000 sq. ft. precision manufacturing facility, serving some of India's most demanding industries — from wind energy and construction to railways and heavy machinery.
Located strategically in Melpakkam, Chennai, our facility houses advanced laser cutting systems, CNC press brakes, VMC machining centres, and a full spectrum of welding capabilities. Every product that leaves our shop floor carries the mark of rigorous quality control, PPAP compliance, and an engineering team that designs for manufacturability from day one.

Laser Cutting
HSG 6kW fiber laser systems with 4000×2000mm bed capacity. Precision cutting for MS up to 25mm, SS up to 20mm, and Aluminium up to 12mm.
CNC Bending
DENNER 400-ton CNC press brake with up to 4-metre bending capacity, delivering accurate folds and complex profiles with repeatable precision.
MIG / TIG / ARC Welding
Qualified and certified welders with WPS/PQR processes. 8 MIG, 4 TIG, and 2 ARC welding stations with scheduled penetration testing.
VMC Machining
PRATIC 4.5-metre vertical machining centre for precision milling, drilling, and finishing on large structural and mechanical components.
Laser Marking
Meera Laser metal marking machine for permanent part identification, traceability codes, logos, and compliance marking on finished components.
Design & Prototyping
In-house design team using SolidWorks 3D modelling. A-Class component development in 45 days, D-Class in 20 days from concept to production.
